Good as a whole. Pickup was dreadful. It took almost an hour and fifteen minutes to pick up car. There were not enough people working and they couldn’t seem to find the cars that had been reserved. It was better for me than the folks who had prepaid because their cars weren’t ready and they were very angry. Budget knew how many people had reserved cars and yet they couldn’t pull it off. Flight was delayed, the budget employee called saying to pick up the car from the airport instead because they would be closed. He said he told them and reserved us a car. We got there and no car was saved and no communication. We ended up having to pay budget $500+ more in the reservation for the car. Which was dirty, trash left in the car.Reviewed 2024 Sept 24
