Car was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. ONCE THEY STAFFED THE COUNTER PROPERLY FOR THE REZ LOAD. It took literally 2 hours in line to pick up car. Two agents for Avis / budget combined with at least 70 people in queue. After hour and half , 3 agents arrived and helped solve it. But missed an afternoon of touring planned. I have traveled for 45 years and it was worst pickup line delay i have ever experienced. Not agents fault but mgr should be aware of rez load with flights info.Reviewed 2023 Sep 22

Mystery car: is a medium size [not small] pickup truck. Awkward, bulky, hard to park. Returning the truck was the biggest problem. I followed the Budget signs till they ran out, and couldn't find the return bay. I asked for help and was told "over there" repeatedly. Staff finally said "just leave it here, we'll take care of it."Reviewed 2022 Sep 28

Cleanliness was very poor, there was trash from prior rental, steering weel was sticky, and overall dirty interior. Value would be better if the car was well kept, but when you calculate the added cost of having to rent at the airport with the condition of the vehicle it is not a good value.Reviewed 2022 Sep 22

Having the Budget Fast Break was immensely helpful in speeding up picking up this rental process. It’s free- do this for a very expedited pick-up. Drop off was also a piece of cake and quick!Reviewed 2022 Sep 11

Car was damaged when I picked up. Documented with video. Steering concerns phone requests (6) were unable to resolve. Had questions when I retuned car about existing damage. Check in person would not address. Actually walked away as I was asking questions.Reviewed 2022 May 08

Inappropriate information by the budget agent. Unnecessarily charging customers for fuel, and extra hours if you are late from the return time. I made booking through Costco but they charged me extra 300 USD on top of my Costco booking. 1. I was 3 hours late to return the car. I did inquire at the time of pick up, budget agent said it is fine as you are returning the car same day. Wrong info 2. I dropped the car with full fuel and showed that to agent at drop off. In final bill, I found budget charged me 30 USD fueling charges, that’s wierdReviewed 2021 Jun 24
