My pickup was in portland and drop off was to be at LAX (in conjunction with my airline tix) but the reservation (priceline via KAYAK) didn’t reflect that, or the $375 drop off fee associated with it. Olivia at the Portland branch said “no problem!” and just waived the fee. And gave me a nice upgrade!Reviewed 2021 Nov 27

The enterprise location that was offered to me was not even open by the time I landed on my flight. 2 pm. I tried calling right before 2 and after, no one answered. There were no directions or information regarding previously scheduled rentals. Luckily, the Enterprise team at Portland Airport helped me get a last-minute car.
