Pros:Staff was helpful and the drop off was VERY quick and easy.Cons:Computers were down when picking up my rental, so there was a long line and long wait to complete the paperwork. Then, after the paperwork was completed, they had to radio someone to bring up our rental (a minivan) and we waited more than 20 minutes for someone to bring it. I went back to the counter and asked if the van was somewhere we could walk to and pick it up and they radioed again. Then I watched as a porter went to a minivan that was a short walk (maybe 100 yards away) and drive the car to the front of the building.Reviewed 2021 May 10

Pros:After standing in a line for an hour to get our car, we were told they had no cars available. We had made the reservation January 14th and paid in full. We were to pick up the car March 26th. Thankfully a friend let us borrow a car. We have not yet been refunded and it has been 10 days. Needless to say we will never use dollar rental again.Cons:Better manage the cars availability and contact customers far in advance if they can not fulfill their commitment. Also, provide refunds immediately if they can’t provide the promised car.Reviewed 2021 Apr 04
