The lady at the Detroit airport pickup office was incredible! She was kind, efficient, and extremely helpful. There was an issue with the first vehicle I picked up. The car smelled like someone had been smoking in the vehicle. That was not acceptable for a week rental. When I went back to the counter and pointed out this problem the person helping me was apologetic and immediately arranged for another vehicle. Pros:Due to Covid, we had to cancel our trip, and this our reservation. Delta refunded all of our money back. Thrifty did not, and blamed it on Kayak.
