Everything went well, but that office looks like dumpster fire. Barren walls and a sterile environment shows no interest from corporate about the aesthetics of the place. It's like there is complete sensory deprivation.

I was lied to about a guaranteed car, the car smelled like cigarette smoke, and I was lied to by the store manager about being able to return the car at a different location.

They didn't have a car for me. I had to go to 3 locations while on the phone with customer service. It was utterly awful. They also told me it was my fault for using Kayak to book.

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

I called the location directly 1 hour before pick up to confirm reservation & verify vehicle was available. 40 minutes later I received a call from the location stating the had no vehicles available and denied that anyone from their location gave me confirmation otherwise.

Automatically set up another rental car reservation if the rental car company runs out of cars.

Pros:

I made my reservation online only two days in advance, and I was able to walk into the rental office and leave with my rented car only a few minutes later! The same representative helped me with pick-up and drop-off, and she was very helpful and professional both times. Also, setting up my reservation through Kayak helped make things simple as well.

Cons:

Nothing! I've used another car rental service nearby in Downtown Atlanta, and frankly this Enterprise offered me fewer issues and a better value for my experience. If I need another car rental, I will probably be returning here.

Their ONLY car available was a Ram 3500 diesel truck. I wanted an economy sedan. There was zero indication of their inventory. It wasn’t even like they ran out of sedans this location only rents trucks! Would have been nice to know before I had to drive to Birmingham and back with the largest most gas inefficient vehicle on the highway.

Drop-off was super easy, but pick-up was long.

Cons:

Out of the five people working when I picked up the car, only one was actually helping customers.

Pros:

I reserved a car and went to go pick it and they were closed. I called customer service and nothing. Would be nice if I knew that they were going to be closed and I wouldn’t have paid for a rental.

Cons:

They could have their hours up online instead of on a sheet of printer paper on the door so no one gets tricked into renting a car they can’t get!
