At the pickup location the customer service rep tried to give me an economy car instead of the compact car rented… trying to get more money out to upgrade from the economy car to a standard or compact. Waited 45 mins for a car that had oil changed and needed a wash and clean. Car came out still dirty, car had a bad wheel alignment and felt kind of unsecured on highways. Thank God the customer rep at the drop off location was really nice and provided a discount to compensate for the troubles.Reviewed 2023 Nov 23

Pros:I made my reservation online only two days in advance, and I was able to walk into the rental office and leave with my rented car only a few minutes later! The same representative helped me with pick-up and drop-off, and she was very helpful and professional both times. Also, setting up my reservation through Kayak helped make things simple as well.Cons:Nothing! I've used another car rental service nearby in Downtown Atlanta, and frankly this Enterprise offered me fewer issues and a better value for my experience. If I need another car rental, I will probably be returning here.Reviewed 2021 May 11

Pros:D'Angelo was awesome. Super friendly and fast - easy check out and check in.Cons:Price - I rented the same vehicle 1 year ago and the price doubled. June 2020 price was $900 May 2021 price was $2039. The price this time was ridiculous!Reviewed 2021 May 11

Pros:I never got my car. I put in the atlanta airport and it gave me another location. It was pre rented, (not paid for) and I set the time to pick it up. When I found out the airport was the wrong location, I called the other location and they were closed until Monday. This was Saturday afternoon. So I had no car and had a terrible time getting to my location.Cons:State on the website clearly that this not an airport location and times should align when they are open to alert you they will be closed.Reviewed 2021 Jan 03
