Pros:Although booked 24 hours early, at the airport the rep told us you have to wait for 1.5-2 hours or else go somewhere and find another car. They did not give us the car and asked to book somewhere else. Horrible experience. Never ever will book EZ car rental.Reviewed 2019 Jul 01

Pros:The representative at the front desk (inside office) was very courteous and upgraded my car because there were none available at one of the pick up areas. Other than that I can’t think of anything.Cons:My first car was barely clean on the outside, wheel was shaking at 60+ mph, returned car and was charged a full tank of gas when the I barely used 1/4 of a tank. Service was mediocre at best. Never renting from this company again! Manager did not include in the notes why I returned car.Reviewed 2019 May 09

Cons:They are dishonest and do not even tell you the whole truth when renting the car. The girl told me $20 for unlimited gas but never specify that it was $20 per day. They do not tell you how much gas cost to fill up and will send an email receipt instead of telling you the cost up front and deposits.Reviewed 2019 Mar 11

Poor customer service damaged carPros:Car had been in a recent accident and was smooshed in the back. Tire light was on which was concerning because I feared there was something wrong with the tire from the previous accident. Pros:Vehicle was clean and without defect.Cons:Staff did not indicate that EZ was operating from the ADVANTAGE rental lot. Staff highly disorganized. Long wait time for check in, even longer wait for vehicle. While waiting in line, I could have cancelled my reservation and booked at a competitors kiosk and probably would have saved time and money.Reviewed 2018 Nov 17

Cons:I stood in line 2 hours at Hartsfield- Jackson to pick the car up initially. Once in the pkg garage, I was told there were no cars!!! Upon returning the vehicle (which went fine) I was charged DOUBLE my contract price. Apparently, although I declined the fuel charge AND filled the tank i was still charged $52 + TAX & had to phone , be transferred & wait an additional hour for the correction.Reviewed 2018 Oct 30
