They nickel and dime you at every turn Was an hour late at pick up location due to flight delay and was given a $200 upcharge to get a 'like class' that I reserved because my car was rented within that 60 minutes. No human interaction, submit all questions, concerns or issues via web portal unless you're at a location. Even though the BMW 3 series I finally rented only had 30K , the car was pretty dinged up and now they are saying I did some of the damage even with me supplying a video of what the car looked like at point of pick up. Pros:It was an awful experience overall. I didn't like anything and I will never use this company again.Cons:I arrived at the Buckhead location and there were 2 agents behind their desks talking to each other and no customers. Neither looked up nor greeted me. When I approached the desk and said good morning the woman said in a very sarcastic tone " I said Welcome when you walked in". They both stared at me, neither offering to assist me. I walked over the the woman (Kennedy) and she started to look up my reservation. I asked if I could use their restroom and she told me I could walk to the hotel next door as their restrooms were not open to the public. I reminded her I wasn't just the public, but a customer, and she still would not allow it. I advised her I would be leaving my car overnight in the parking lot of the strip mall where their store was located. She advised me that if I did so my car would be towed as they did not have permission to use the parking spaces located in the strip mall. There was no signage anywhere prohibiting parking, or dedicating the spaces to other stores, but she was very adamant that if I left my car it would get towed. She advised me that I should have taken an uber, as most of their customers do. There is nothing on the booking site that states no parking. I suggested that a store lease typically allows for customer parking and she said it was not the case. At that point the conversation had become very unpleasant and I felt like she would probably have my car towed just to prove me wrong. I asked her for an alternative for parking and she offered to cancel my reservation, which I accepted. I have pictures of the ample parking available directly in front of the store, with Kennedy in the background telling me I was not allowed to take pictures. The entire 20 minute transaction was so rude, and the threat of having my car towed was so real that I didn't feel I had a choice. I was forced to look for a last minute alternative and was late to my business meeting as a result of this grave inconvenience. The ticket number she gave me for my cancellation was #02461640. I have not yet received my money back. I would like someone to contact me.Reviewed 2021 Apr 02

Pros:When I went to pick up the car at your Buckhead location the facility was closed. I had to take a taxi to my destination. I have my credit card company getting my money back.Cons:You could have had a person on duty to process my receiving the car. I said I would arrive from the airport at 6::00pm. Due to traffic I arrived at 6:15pm. It was inconvenient and very stressful.Reviewed 2021 Mar 23

Pros:I ended up not renting the car because I requested a pick up time of 5 pm and it turned out the location closed at 5 pm. When I called customer service to work out a solution, I said to the customer service rep it would have been nice if the woman, with whom I spoke when I rented the car and who knew I was flying in to Atlanta from out of town, had informed me of the closing time. His response was that it was my fault for not telling her there was a possibility I might be late. An argument then ensued and he would not concede the point that it would have been good customer service for her to inform me of the closing time. Basically, he wanted to win an argument instead of providing good customer service. I will not rent from Sixt Car Rental again.Cons:I believe above explains what could have been better.Reviewed 2021 Mar 16

Pros:Nothing. Team was very inflexible and wouldn’t let me switch sites.Cons:Called customer service on site and was bounced back and forth from Sixt to Kayak several times looking to use the credit $190 for a different rental. Emailed sixt customer service and they said I was out of luck. And can you credit just for their location. I don’t travel in that area ever and will never use the $190 in sixt credit.
