They called a day before pickup to tell me that they didn’t have the cargo van I rented available. That’s not exactly something that could be substituted for. Apparently they have a contract with Amazon to supplement their fleet as needed. A day’s notice was unacceptable in my opinion. I rented from Home Depot and had a fabulous experience.Reviewed 2023 Oct 19

Pros:Good clean cars, easy and efficient pick up and delivery.Cons:Improve your off hours telephone support, for normal questions relating to the car functions and normal customer support questions, beyond the 9-5 normal business hours to perhaps 9-9 local time. On your toll-free national number. I called at 6:10pm CA time, right after I picked the car at 5:30pm after I came home, and the telephone support message said the office is only open during normal business hours and call tomorrow. That was bad CS in my opinion. At least they could have directed me to a different number?Reviewed 2021 Mar 22

Pros:Very friendly staffCons:I ordered a Cadillac or similar and was offered a Volvo SUV which is not my style. I ordered a luxury car. I was then offered a compact sports sedan, which ended up being a BMW 3 series. It was nice but I am a big person and do not like SUVs and order luxury cars for the very large size and extra room. The BMW 3 series is a very nice car but much smaller inside than the Cadillac or Lincoln I'm usually ordering. I did not receive the car class size I ordered. Pros:Friendly staff when we finally arrived to correct Enterprise location. It did save us money, but was a hassle we weren't prepared for.Cons:When I called Enterprise to confirm the car reservation, I asked about pickup, since this was not the airport location. I was told it was 3.6 miles from airport and there would be a free shuttle to pick us up. Turned out to NOT be true, and almost 8 mile Lyft ride to get there.Reviewed 2019 Jul 08

Above and beyondPros:The staff was extremely accommodating. They were very helpful even though our flight was delayed and we arrived after the office had closed. They still provided us with the hard to find van when we arrived a day late, they honored our original reservation price and provided an uber to get back to the airport upon return. Pros:I didn't realize that they were not at the airport but the airport location coordinated with them to pick us up.Cons:My car was not ready although I reserved it a month in advance. The did not have the size I had reserved & had to give me a much larger vehicle (fortunately at the same price).Reviewed 2017 May 10

TERRIBLE SERVICECons:Terrible customer service and rates. They were out of economy cars so they gave us a suv but charged us for the suv at a rate of 90/day! My reservation was for 10/day. They wouldnt match better prices even when I showed them my reservation on my phone or showed them better deals via expedia and kayak. Never again.Reviewed 2017 Apr 27

Car had 34,000 miles and was filthyPros:not muchCons:We spent almost an hour waiting to receive our car, which had 34,000 miles on it and stains all over the interior, as well as dents all over exterior.
