Fox charged me an extra $ 150.00 with the promise that it would be returned when I returned the car. The car was returned in a better condition than when I picked it up and with a full tank of gas. The still haven't returned the $ 150.00. The car had many scratches on the paint and windows were not clean. The person who was at the rental counter was extremely difficult to understand. Ridiculous! Be aware that this office at the Burbank Airport closes at 9 pm - and offers no option for an after hours pickup. They only allow a 12 hour window for late/delayed arrivals, and are unwilling to transfer reservations to the Fox office at LAX in this situation, which is open until 12:30 am.
