Pros:The staff were extremely helpful. I ended up changing my reservation to an earlier time with no cost, then was unable to make it in that early due to unexpected circumstances. They ended up adjusting it so I could bring it back later on my return date, which they didn’t have to do. Staff is very friendly and laid back. Pros:The staff really Did their best to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle and their serviceCons:They did not have the car I reserved for me because they were busy. My pickup wait time was about an hour. The tire pressure light was in the whole drive to LA. Then on the drive down a notice for an oil Change came up. Pros:Pick-up went perfect, everyone super friendly and helpful, got in and out quickly.Cons:Airport drop-off at ACV was unclear how to leave vehicle after hours. 11am and nobody was there to receive the vehicle after Eureka office told me I could leave it there. The San Francisco Moscone Enterprise branch also offers some out-of-hours returns. Although the branch closes at 5 pm, the parking garage stays open for returns until 11 pm Monday to Saturday and from 8 am to 6 pm on Sundays. Passengers at this branch should park in the car park and leave keys in the drop box.
