Pros: Staff upon return of the vehicle in eureka were kind of unfriendly. I wasn’t acknowledged when I came in and waited a few minutes before a staff member came out from the back to assist us. Overall I felt like they could have been more friendly.

Cons: I am sensitive to scents, I needed to completely open up the vehicle for several minutes before even getting into it. Surely there are cleaners that are "clean" and scented products/perfumes do not need to be used. Healthier for all.
Cons: I was double charged by the online company that I found through your website. They then told me they would not give me credit for the extra charge. I had to ask my credit card company to cancel payment.

Cons: Hi Kayak, my wife and I were unable to pick up this rental. We had a terrible experience that led us to wait at the rental desk for almost an hour until we made a reservation under her name. Basically, the credit card machine there was unable to scan my credit card that I used to make the reservation, which I have no problem using at other credit card machines and even used less than an hour after the terrible Hertz experience. They refused to scan my debit card that I also carry or my wife’s credit card. When I asked what the solution was, they asked ME to call the Hertz customer service desk. What?! THEY are Hertz customer service. Of course, it was just past 5 pm pacific time so the national customer service desk was closed. As we were rushing and at this point had already waited nearly an hour without success, we took their alternative solution which was to create a second reservation under my wife’s name and for me to cancel this reservation later. This second reservation was over $30 more expensive than the first. As such, I’d like a refund of this reservation plus at least the difference between the reservation she had to make. This is unacceptable customer service.

Cons: The pick up took longer due to a women in front of me having issues wither her car and my car also was not ready by my pick up time. The tire pressure signal came on almost immediately after picking up the rental.
