Wouldn’t use it again. We hired a van and from our initial inspection the van 1. Wasn’t ready in time 2. had a lot more scratches than on their report which we recorded 3. Had a broken piece of wood in the back which was not noted down. Poor.Reviewed 2024 Jul 08

Terrible. Avoid at every cost. They claim you’ve damaged the car when you haven’t and take loads of money from your deposit. Read the guardian article about them. There is a class action against them. They should not be included on comparison websites as it reflects really badly on that website.Reviewed 2024 Jun 22

I arrived, and they had the wrong car. They had an SUV-type 7-seater, but I booked a people carrier van. They didn't have any available, so I had to wait 90 minutes with 3 children for the car to be ready. They claimed the issue with the booking was with Kayak/Expedia, and they made me pay the difference in upgrading the car. I showed them the booking confirmation and the picture of the van/people carrier with 9 seats, but they still made me pay. I was so tired and knew I needed the van that I had to pay to get out of the place. The manager was helpful, and the people were lovely. But I find all car rental places to be borderline crooks. This just confirmed it again for me. There are ridiculous add-ons for mileage, car seats for kids (a legal requirement), insurance, and excess. The list goes on.Reviewed 2024 Jun 04

Green Motion office was closed and we could not collect our car despite us checking in earlier and informing them of my flight number . The pick up location was not welcoming... I was left waiting in the cold for quite a while. When the staff eventually turned up, I was bombarded with a bunch of hidden costs... one for a deposit of more than a Thousand pounds!! It's always a pleasure renting with Green Motion at Heathrow. While not directly at the airport, it's only 8-10 minutes away, and the rates are exceptional compared to the in-terminal options. Plus, the service is always fantastic (special shout out to Gill at drop off!!), as are the fleet of vehicles. Looking forward to renting with GM again next time I'm in the UK.Reviewed 2023 Dec 18
