The customer service lady was very nice, professional with a beautiful personality that made me appreciate doing business with Hertz. I was at the wrong pick up location and she took care of getting me a car where I was. She was great. I wish I got her name.Reviewed 2023 Sep 01

Like??? Nothing!!! They didn't have the van I ordered. Were absolutely no help in trying to resolve the issue. Gave me an 800 number to talk to a robo-machine! Ordered this van a month ahead of time and they had absolutely nothing to say but they "didn't have the vehicle". I will never ore another rental vehicle through Hertz.Reviewed 2023 Jul 19

I was given misinformation on my rental that I had booked 8 days before. I had confirmed everything the night before pick up and was told everything was confirmed and ready for pick up. When I went to pick up the rental the reps told me something totally different regarding my payment that had already been pre-paid. I wasnt happen and on top of that didn't understand why I had to call and cancel the reservation when I was right there @ Hertz. I went to anther rental agency from there and had no problems gettin a rental from them.Reviewed 2023 Mar 15

Hertz pick up location agent was NOT helpful. When I arrived he told me he had NO car for me to rent. I was able to get a vehicle only because of my luck and ability to work things out. A customer showed up to return a vehicle and I suggested to the agent he let me take that car. He allowed me to take the car without a full tank of gas and a dirty interior. I was late for a meeting and took the car "as is". This is no way to run a car rental agency.Reviewed 2023 Jan 28

The pick up and drop off process. No inspection done prior to leaving and having to drive vehicle out of gate myself. Incorrect gas mileage listed on paperwork. Employee not opening office on time due to being late.Reviewed 2023 Jan 24
