The line situation at pick up very confusing. Not sure was working for what car company. People renting and returning cars would go into dollar line and get waited on long before those of us who waited patiently in the correct line.Reviewed 2024 Aug 25

Everything about the car, pick-up and drop off was great. But I was frustrated because I wanted to find out if I there was after-hours drop off, but there was no way to reach hertz by phone and actually talk to a human. I called at least 20 times. In the end I had to call the road-size emergency number to actually talk to someone and they were able to help me out.Reviewed 2024 Mar 25

I needed to change my reservation to a different day, but when I called the Hertz reservation desk at Sanford, she told me that I needed to call the 3rd party who I booked it with, which was Kayak, but your website says I need to make any changes with the car rental company. I would of been willing to pay extra money to make the change! But, instead I had to eat the $160 I paid you and book another car with a different rental company. Needless to say, I will never use Kayak ever again!Reviewed 2021 Dec 13
