Something wrong with the car (Chevy Malibu). A LOT of exhaust came into the passenger compartment when the car was stopped or idling. Notified payless when we dropped off the car, but attendants did not seem to care and I doubt they wrote the vehicle up for maintenance.6.8 Okay

Waited 70 minutes to check out vehicle since there was only representative at the counter. Dropped off vehcile at 7:50 pm was told to chek in at the terminal counter, Waited another 25 min to chek in the vehicle due to the same circumstances.Easirent

No one felt the need to share with me that I couldn't rent with my Visa debit. I get to the airport to pick up my rental just to be told you have to use a major credit card. I was told I am sorry and there is nothing I could do the day of my trip. I reserved the vehicle in February and was disappointed and embarrassed in July. Never again.10.0 Wonderful

Let people know where to pick-up and park until you get the rental. And have someone in the booth that can tell you. Pros:
We ended up having a screw in our tire. The lady on the phone was wonderful. She advised us to go to the enterprise car rental in Brunswick Georgia. The workers there were amazing. They had us to the tire place in minutes. The tire place changed the tire for us after enterprise guy talked to him. All took under an hour. Very impressive!😊Fox

They charge you an extra $350.00 to rent the car and also limit you to only a 150 per day. Even though it was reserved at one price and unlimited miles. They change your reservation and now you are stuck unless you decide to leave. They also take the spare tire out their cars so you would take their insurance. Avoid at all cost. If you are a local renter,go someplace else and rent. These people say unlimited miles, unless you live in the state,then you are only allowed 150 free miles per day. They also want a $350.00 deposit. I guess they want to insure that they already have your money if you go over 150 miles per day. The rate per mile they charge after 150 miles is $0.55 . That could add up to some serious dollar amounts really quickly.9.6 Wonderful

Cons:
The online reservation clearly stated unlimited miles. But when I'm standing at the reservation desk after I'm already at the point of no return I'm informed I am limited to a total of 300 miles, with each mile afterwards at $0.55 per mile. The whole purpose of the rental was for a trip that far exceeded the allowable mileage bringing my total out of pocket expense nearly four times the advertised rental rate. Even after I showed the manager my reservation and what was advertised he informed me it was a private company and that's their policy and if I didn't like It go somewhere else. Unfortunately I was stuck with no ride and no time to spare. I will not be using this service ever again.One location in Northside
