Long lines, didn't get vehicle requested. Car was dirty inside with trash and used bottles of liquid/food when picked up. Greated with "We're closed" when i arrived 10mins till closing. When I complained about thr dirty car during return agent said I should have went back to counter. After 30mins to get the car no thanks.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I liked that when I called the Hertz "800" number that Hertz dealt with the problem.Cons:
I DID NOT like that the place was a franchise and the car they gave us had the a piece of the car under the front end DUCT TAPED and it fell down (while driving on highway) and almost caused an accident with three of my children in the car!2.0 Poor
