In between the line to confirm the reservation and get the car assigned and the “valet” to pick up the car, it was more than an hour added on to travel. The “valet” station was chaotic.Reviewed 2022 Oct 11

The drop off process was okay because I didn't have to wait for everyone ahead of me. However, the handheld scanner didn't work so I never got the vehicle check in receipt. The process to get a vehicle should be reviewed at this location, it took over an hour to get to the counter to receive the vehicle I reserved. The wait in line took longer than the flight from Washington D.C. to Jacksonville FL, that is a huge red flag in my book. It should not take over 20 minutes per customer to check out our rent a vehicle. Customers that already have approved reservations should have been handled by an agent to get them out of the way to decrease the time spent waiting.Reviewed 2022 Sep 19

Pros:The price for the size of the vehicle was nice.Cons:Our 3rd row seat broke mid trip and customer service with Budget was horrible. Was on the phone with road side assistance and other areas for over 4 hours and no one could help resolve by getting replacement vehicle. Two reps said good luck since it’s a big spring break weekend.Reviewed 2021 Mar 21

Cons:There was NO STAFF at the rental counter at 4:30 PM. WHY? People were waiting in a line for NO ONE! We were eventually told to go to the next rental car counter (National? Avis?) and they would help us. Also, I reserved a non-smoking car and got a vehicle that smelled like a pool hall. Nasty. I sent an email (since there was NO ONE at the airport to speak with!) asking how I could exchange the car. NO ONE even bothered to reply.Reviewed 2020 Nov 19
