I drove the vehicle 38 miles . Upon my return to Airport I put fuel in the vehicle until the pump shut off automatically The guage in the vehicle read full. I drove the vehicle 1 mile to the terminal for check in . After the vehicle was checked in I received a printed copy of my rental charges. I was billed an additional $13.49 fuel &service charge . I asked the agent about the charge and was told there was nothing they could do because my account had been closed out . NOT HAPPY I WILL NOT BOOK WITH DOLLAR IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF THEIR GREEDReviewed 2025 Jul 18

I was denied the prepaid car due to not having my physical drivers license available. Dollar refused to transfer the prepaid reservation to my travel Companion. They would rent a car to my companion for three times the price I paid in advance. They refused to refund my prepaid reservation as well. The advertised price had hidden fees. I paid 285 for the car for one week. When I dropped it off, I was hit with 86 dollars of all sorts of random taxes. The car was dropped with full tank of gas. Drop off was great but pick up awful and we ended up with electric vehicle which I didn't mind but no instructions on charging and didn't have adapter for tesla charger. Also the center console was locked with pin # we weren't given and couldn't get a hold of anyone who could help us.Reviewed 2023 Oct 09
