Pros:The staff was very friendly. I rented a Jeep Wrangler and received a Honda CRV. I would not have mentioned it, but it was specific that it was a Wrangler to enjoy the environment on this vacation. Our flight was late, so they cancelled the Jeep and gave it to someone else after two hours. Nowhere does it say after two hours your car is cancelled ( I would’ve called if I knew this information). Pros:Nothing, 787.253.2525 is frustrating. “Your call will be answered in one minute” after one minute “your call will be answered in two minutes”, and it goes on for 30 minutes. After that the system hangs up. I called seven days before, nothing.Cons:Everything. I arrived 3 hrs. before, spoke to THE manager about phone issue and to make sure my unit (15 passenger van) was ready on time. I arrived HOURS later, unit had no gas.
