Cons:Car smelled like cigarettes. The car was dirty, inside doors had residue from liquid that had been spilled from prior renters...there is no way this sanitized per Covid guidelines with the visual signs of the dirt that was in the car. Cons:The low oil light came on during the first 100 miles of driving. We checked the oil and it was almost empty and dirty. We were told to take it to the nearest Alamo to swap it out the next day. After driving 2 hours to Flagstaff, we were told by the Alamo employee he didn’t have a car for us to trade it with and our best bet was to just change the oil ourselves. He also insisted that it didn’t need an oil change for another 6,000 miles and kind of gave us the best of luck speech. He also suggested that maybe we’d hit something causing an oil leak. Alamo did discount our total rental cost by $66 but the experience was very unprofessional and I’m not sure I’ll use Alamo again after this.Reviewed 2021 Jan 25
