I was provided a different location for cat pickup when I booked it. Fortunately I called ahead of time and found out that car was located in a different location and that too a different type of car compared to what I had booked. Cons:There was confusion regarding the class of vehicle. We had a luxury class vehicle reserved and I believe we only got a premium class vehicle. We dropped the car at Las Vegas Airport instead of a hotel which was 3 miles from the airport.
