Despite taking my rental fee with a debit card, they would not release the vehicle to me. I was over 1,000 miles from home, at 0130 in the morning, and left without a vehicle. Everything about the service and price was acceptable. My spouse is disabled and struggles to walk long distances. Getting from the rental return to the airport terminals while disabled was an unclear process.
