Pros:Drop-off was fast and easy. Car was clean and in good condition. Price was good.Cons:I understand these are challenging times but waiting in line at the Phoenix airport for a good three hours to obtain the car was very disappointing.Reviewed 2021 Apr 22

Pros:The car was great, and so was the price.Cons:Picking up the car in PHX was a headache. The line was long and there weren't many staff. Luckily the video-machine allowed me to avoid waiting for hours, but I feel bad for the other folks.Reviewed 2017 May 15
