Pros:Staff tried. there were no trucks available for us. We had to wait over 30 minutes and I had a mortgage closing that I had to attend. It was very stressful.Cons:The car could have been ready to go at the time specified.Reviewed 2020 Jun 30

Pros:I liked nothing about this experience.Cons:There was only one staff member working and he was handling multiple agencies. No order to those who reserved and who were just getting a car. They ran out of vehicles and I waited over an hour. Went with a different company.Reviewed 2020 Jun 07
