Got a car where passenger window wouldn’t roll back up. Had to drive over an hour to get a new car. They said they would have one ready for us they didn’t. Then tried to give us a smaller car while making my two kids wait in 95 degree weather.Reviewed 2024 Jun 26

Pros:Yes the lady at pick up was wonderful!!Cons:You all need a bigger signs for drop off. And better signs in the back of the building as to where to enter after you drop off. I can figure it out but the older generations may not. Tad bit confusing. You one tiny sign blow over in the back of the building. Just an idea for you ;)Reviewed 2020 Feb 08
