There was no staff at counter and waited for someone to come out. Staff person was not very friendly and very hard to understand. Not able to find reservation and not getting pricing correct. NOT good. Staff person gave VERY POOR directions on where the vehicle was located. Took a very long time in getting the correct reservation and getting paper work done.Reviewed 2023 Mar 24

Pros:Yes the lady at pick up was wonderful!!Cons:You all need a bigger signs for drop off. And better signs in the back of the building as to where to enter after you drop off. I can figure it out but the older generations may not. Tad bit confusing. You one tiny sign blow over in the back of the building. Just an idea for you ;)Reviewed 2020 Feb 08
