Checking in was a bit ghetto with one of the counter persons squallering with her kids on the phone. I was the only one in line but the counter person decided to call her kids first and have a loud conversation on what was to be cleaned before any snacks. The car made noises as thought it had poor maintenance and was not going to reliably make it to where we wanted to go. Not all the electronics worked/worked properly. The pick up experience took a very long time the workers were very slow and were not happy or particularly kind. Overall bad experience can not think of anything positive.Reviewed 2025 Mar 31

Had a low tire and could not get anybody on the phone to help us. Had to take a chance in my neck to the rental with somebody and hope that the car did not have a blowout. It was not very happy with the lack of communication or help from anyone we talked to on the phone.Reviewed 2025 Jan 29

The truck exterior was filthy!! The interior cleanliness was overall pretty good other than the huge seagull poop on the back seat. Obviously the windows were left open and the BIG bird had great aim. Other than that this was a top 10 experience with Budget.
