Pros:Beautiful car. Paid for gas ahead.. so no problem. Returned with 1/2 tank.. Not sure I will do that again.Cons:Return was a real headache. I called day before to make sure ok to return before 4:00 am due to flight at 5:00 am, NO ENVELOPES at either key drop site!!! Dropped car off in parking lot. NO Envelopes! Ran back to make sure my 82 year old friend was ok at Delta counter. Then ran back to actual counter INSIDE airport. NO Envelopes. Ripped off a piece of paper and wrote info on it. Folded paper around key and had to practically stand on my head to get key in slot!!! By then I was exhausted. What can you say to me about this?? Curious if anyone will reach out to me since I treated the car with kid gloves!! ???Reviewed 2021 Apr 10

Pros:Car was clean and new. Pickup and drop off were easy.Cons:Charged me for 7 gallons of gas after I returned it with a full tank. They refunded the charge after I complained, but I don't see how it was applied in the first place. I had filled up 2 minutes from the drop off location.Reviewed 2017 May 10

Great service!Pros:We upgraded and extended our rental. The guy at the airport couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Upgraded us to a 2026 Suburban and only charges us for a regular minivan. Being a family of 5 this was very helpful.Reviewed 2017 May 01

Watch out for unexpected chargesPros:Car was fine. Very small gas tank, though.Cons:According to Kayak, I was supposed to be charged an agreed-upon amount from March 29 through April 30. However, Alamo charged me for a one-month rental at the rate I had been quoted for the entire period and then tacked on an additional fee for the remaining 2 days.Reviewed 2017 May 01
