The reservation did not make it clear that the car was to be picked up in town instead of at the airpoort. Even though there was an Enterprise counter at the airport, I had to take an Uber with my luggage to the other location. The counter people at the airport were surly and not willing to address my problem. It was a waste of both time and money.Reviewed 2023 Feb 22

The people working there were great! Really went above and beyond! Unfortunately our flight was changed to a few hours later though and we ended up having to pay a full day's cost for the rental car and that didn't seem right.Reviewed 2022 May 18

They did not have a car so we had to take a Jeep which was more $ telling us to return next day to change out. We did still no car told us to come back next day which we called 1st to confirm. Arrived they 1st told us they had to clean the car then said it was cleaned. It was not cleaned we found personal items in car including an apron and bottle opener in addition there was a film on outside of windshield that made driving at night dangerous. Returned the car to the Fruitville location to learn we were charged the $25/day insurance which we told Clark Rd twice we didn't want & we advised on lack of cleanliness.We told if car came from them this wouldn't have happened and that we would need to call Clark Rd to resolve insurance issue.Tried to call Clark Rd from the time we left Fruitville and was on hold from the time we left to almost to airport. Clark Rd staff was rude and ubrupt on insurance and as I explained we were never given a paper copy or email or charges. Did get charges removed. Recieved same inquiry as this from Enterprise and I sent all of above and have heard nothing. So now will see if I hear from this. Lack of reponses will certainly impact my choices in furture.Reviewed 2022 Jan 19

When we picked up the car it wasn't vacuumed. It smelt like weed and the tire pressure was at 27 pounds, which was very low. We needed to buy an air freshener, put in air and then when we returned it, they tried charging us for 5 gallons of fuel.we didn't replace, though the odometer was at the 1/2 mark when we got it and when we returned it. They ultimately refunded us after complaining but the experience wasn't great.Reviewed 2021 Jul 20

confusion about pick up location meant I had to uber from airport to a distant suburban location and wait for more than an hour to pick up my car. return was not much better since no one ever answered the phone when I needed to extend the rental or change the drop off. the staff at the airport was not helpful but when we were finally assisted at Clark Road, the lady there was very nice.Reviewed 2021 Jun 17
