When making the reservation, the pickup location was listed as the Naples airport. When the confirmation came through, the pick up was at a different location. Fortunately, the airport Avis honored the reservation and provided a car.Reviewed 2023 May 02

The pick-up office at the Naples airport closed at 18.00. The Subbary I picked up next day had a sign on the window "Tire problem". No problem said the manager. We had to fill up one tire every day for five days. Back to the office at Avis Rental airport Naples. Waiting half a day for a new car.Reviewed 2023 Feb 03

The person that was at the front desk was not friendly at all. I told him I was there to pick up a rental car since my car broke down. I had made a reservation 2 hours prior. He told me I’d have to wait while he took care of other people behind me first since he didn’t see my reservation. I told him I made it two hours prior and was told there was one available. He said he didn’t know why it said that since they were running low on cars. I asked how long it would be and that I had made the reservation two hours prior. He then grumbled about it and gave me a car with no instructions and proceeded to help the next customer. I would not recommend this place at all. Bad customer service. If he hates his job he should find another.Reviewed 2022 Apr 19
