I never rented the car with them. When we arrived the man who were on the Avis front desk at Crowne Plaza Corobicí Hotel decided that he didn’t want to rent the car to us. So we never got the car and it was a big problem for us and our family vacation.Reviewed 2023 Jan 03

Cons:AVIS added a mandatory fee for insurance that was equally high as the advertised rental price. It doesn't make much sense to advertise a price for a rental if it's not possible to rent the vehicle for that price or anything close to it.Reviewed 2019 Feb 03
