Cons: The additional room service charge

Cons: It is very expensive. I was amazed at how expensive the overnight parking would have been ($ 71), and chose to park for 1/3 of that in a garage next door.

Cons: We were there for a brief stay - given the significant expense of the hotel, probably would not pay to stay for such a brief stay again. Expected hotel staff to be more engaging and friendly.

Cons: We loved everything about it.

Cons: I had called to confirm our check in was at 3pm, and I received an email stating that our check in was at 3pm. However, our room was not available until after 4pm. We had missed our dinner reservations because of this. And being that we paid alot to stay at this hotel, they did not offer any compensation for their error.

Cons: Room service food quality wasn’t great. The room was low occupancy for Covid but all of the travelers were placed clustered together, so it was quite loud and frankly felt crowded and unsafe. The bathroom, while gorgeous, is terrible for families as it blocks no sound or light.

Cons: Service was boardline TOO GOOD if that is such a thing

Cons: The pool area was not on par with the essence or ambiance of the rest of the hotel, with the lack of hot tub areas and the extreme plainness of the pool area compared to the rest of the hotel.

Cons: The maintenance guy who tried to fix a broken bathroom light was using very profane language as he failed at repairing the light. However, this staff member's behavior scored us a free upgrade from city view - to river lake view - so it all worked out.

Cons: No spa or sauna on the premises. No light in the shower and overall the facilities were less luxurious than other locations (specifically Sofitel Athens), though it was still very nice. Strange decorations for the holidays in the lobby...

Cons: Staff need to stop acting so high fallutin. Yes it is the Sofitel, but you still work for me.

Cons: The customer service was not good. We waited 30-45 minutes for our bags to be brought up to our room and finally had to go down to get them. There were two bellmen standing in the lobby doing nothing and our luggage was just sitting there. As mentioned the room was not properly cleaned which is never a good feeling when you are staying in a hotel. I requested a late check-out and was immediately told "No due to someone else staying in our room and they needed to clean it". He then asked what room we were staying in. He again said it wasn't possible as someone was staying in that room and they would need to clean it. When we checked out I forgot a brand new shirt I bought while staying there. I rarely hang things in the closet and had done so since it was a new shirt. I realized this the next day and called and again was given horrible customer service. They told me it was not in the room and that nobody stayed in that room the night before so they couldn't help me. Obviously, the maid who cleaned that room took it, but they accepted no responsibility for that. Not to mention they couldn't give us a late check-out due to another guest needing the room. It's a shame the customer service was so bad because it is a nice hotel in a great area of the city.

Cons: More attention to detail could be provided to the cleanliness of the shower area. Several areas of black mildew in the grout of the shower wall.

Cons: Location of ice machine? Signage was inaccurate. Fron desk promised to send some one to show me--but this took 2 calls.

Cons: Valet parking was too expensive, $60 plus dollars a day.

Cons: Except for my wife losing her nose ring and no thin sheets were available; our stay was outstanding.

Cons: Temperature control was a bit dicey; had to get up in the middle of the night because no matter what we set the thermostat to, it went absolutely boiling once we were asleep. Hair dryer didn't work (so I'm told).

Cons: Many hidden charges, especially for room service, it costs a fortune. Other than that, great stay, friendly staff, good food, exactly what’s expected for a 5-star hotel

Cons: it would've been great to have iPhone charging docks/stations. we forgot to bring one charger.

Cons: The front desk is a bit difficult to get to, but the check in process was smooth. I had a a bit of difficult getting a bellman to collect my bags from storage though I was first in line. Not really a good hotel for children.

Cons: The scent was missing from the hotel, this was the main thing I was looking forward to and was very disappointed in that there was no luxurious scent to go with a luxurious hotel.

Cons: Never received maid service without calling for the three days we stayed there. Disappointed I had to pay $4 for coffee in the morning. Should have a coffee bar out early in the lobby. Would be nice to have a fitness room in the hotel.

Cons: Dark, dated hallways. Very slow elevator. Our bed was not very comfortable. Rooms smelled a bit like smoke. Iron damaged some of our clothing.

Cons: Room Service was as expected for similar hotels. Pricey, Ave quality, the usual limited items. Wouldn't take much to provide better then expected.

Cons: 1st room constantly smelled like someone was smoking in our room, so the front desk switched our room (which was nice). Only one elevator working, long waits.

Cons: The restaurant was small with limited options but it appears they are renovating.

Cons: You need to tell customers that they need to pay to park. Additional 45- 75 dollars to park was very disappointing and the butler food service was awful and completely messed up. You need to get better food service for room service.

Cons: The female employee who checked us out in the morning acted liked she was bothered by having to leave the rear office to deal with us. She was sullen and sighed and didn't even look up as I talked to her. She is NOT a good employee to have at this wonderful hotel.

Cons: We were given 2 double beds instead of 1 queen. Air conditioner didn't cool the room to below 72 degrees

Cons: I had to have the air fixed twice while there. They were not very quick to assist.

Cons: front desk staff could be friendlier and more helpful. breakfast can be improved— food offerings and how it is served. it was chaotic trying to get my bread toasted and coffee poured into a cup.

Cons: No phones in room, no T.V., no, blow dryer, bunk beds were very hard, couch on quadruple bunk was not comfortable to even sit on because the cushions would slide off. The table in room seemed in the way and attached to the wall so not very comfortable for two to sit and eat or visit. We had to call security both nights because the group next to us was so loud, yelling, hooting and laughing. It was like they were in our room. Very thin walls.

Cons: Room was a bit small but that's the level we chose.
