We were there for an hour and a half before we got our car and it was the 3rd car they got for us. The first car we had all our luggage in and they decided that car wasn't ready after we loaded it...the second car they brought to us wasn't big enough....it was a category or 2 lower than I paid for....finally we got a mini van that fit everything.....but we were there way to long.Reviewed 2023 Jul 17

Wasn't given the opportunity to do an inspection prior to leaving. Haven't received a receipt yet(4 days later). The car smelled bad, like trying to cover up cigarette smoke. Didn't do a return inspection with me.Reviewed 2023 Jul 16

I waited in line for almost 42 minutes. They gave me an electric vehicle in Texas. I spent the entire trip looking for charging stations and it took up most of my trip. I was really disappointed in Dollar and will not be using them again.Reviewed 2023 Jul 11

Waited in line for check-in for over 30 minutes. Then I waited in the hot Dallas sun from 1:20 pm to past 2 pm for our rental car with my 4-month-old infant. Missed wedding events as a result and no compensation for any delays was offered.Reviewed 2023 Jun 20
