Pros:Staff were great! Particularly Hunter who arranged things nicely. Charlie who picked mne up was great!Cons:Um location to where I was staying but I know things are limited. I dropped off a day early should be able to electronically track me and credit me one day rental. Need more drop off options. Should not be penalized for dropping at airport. Cons:I got the insurance off priceline and then at enterprise they offered me another insurance for the same thing but they didnt mention I had to cancel the priceline one so I got charged for both.Reviewed 2020 Dec 22
