Staff was very nice. Wait was long. This facility is not like most rental car places in the airport, where they give you a slot number and you walk out to a lot of cars ready to go. They have to call someone to bring a car up, wait for the vehicle to be brought up before they can finish inputting your reservation and when there’s 20 people in line it’s very time-consuming so so be prepared to wait. Also, they couldn’t give me a total cost with insurance and additional add-ons until I put my credit card in and ran it. That was super bogus!!!Reviewed 2024 Mar 03

Pros:Good truck. Great price.Cons:Previous renter smoked in car. Pick up was a little slow and employee having to run out and get truck was a little weird. But overall it was good.Reviewed 2021 May 11
