We were told that there were no cars available even though we had a reservation. We were told our options were to return the next morning and hope a car was returned in the meantime or to find a vehicle from a different company, which we did successfully. When we attempted to get our deposit back, we were told that since we didn't call for a resolution at the desk that we wouldn't have our deposit returned. They didn’t honor the reservation. I got to the airport to pick up the car, and they announced that they weren’t honoring same-day reservations. So I did not get a car from Dollar, and will never rent from them again.Reviewed 2023 Aug 22

1. Extremely overbooked. Some customer supposed to pick up the car at night but no car left. They had to uber back and forth from their hotel the next day. 2. Extremely under-staffed. Waited 3 hours (1 hour outside waiting for cars get returned and washed. It was 110F outside and I almost passed out without water) I have all the pictures and videos recorded with time. 3. My car was full of scratches and a big dent. Car gas was not filled fully, it was 10% short. (About 5-10 dollars). I told the person checked me out at the gate about the scratches and asked him to leave a note in the system. They ended up still charging me when I dropped off! STAY AWAY!Reviewed 2023 Jul 14

Despite the long queue and the technical error I experienced when I picked the car up, the receptionist who serviced us was so helpful that we didn't mind the 1hr delay it caused. Highly recommended.Reviewed 2023 Jul 12

Had to wait over 3 hours for a car. 1.5 hrs in line at counter. 1.5 hours in garage waiting for a car. They never did have the 7 seater we reserved and prepaid for so we had to cram into a 5 seater. No refund was possible (according to them) since we prepaid. It was terrible waiting with my 3 kids that whole time in the heat. We had a rock chip and crack the windshield and despite calling and emailing there was no one who could help or tell us what to do. Will not ever rent from Dollar again.Reviewed 2023 Jul 09
