Pros: Drop off was quick.
Cons: When we arrived, it took almost 2 hours to get our car. It was late and only 2 people working. Thrifty didn’t have anyone at their counter and we had to slide over to Dollar to use their line even though thrifty was supposed to still be “open”. Our car was filthy and smelled of smoke and marijuana terribly! Everything was sold out so we had no choice but to take it. No one went over the car with us when we got to the car, keys were in it and we basically just were pointed to the car and left. Seating for 7 was very cramped for our family of 5. The 5th person, our youngest, had very little room in the 3rd row. The car got us where we needed to go, but for only being a 1 year old car, it was not well maintained.
Pros: The counter guy was great. the place is huge and there are no signs to tell you where to get the cars. You ultimately go to Hertz for Thrifty cars. The lady at the cars was nice enough. She pointed to an area with 20 or 30 cars said take anyone I like. the exit guy never came out of his booth. just looked at the paper and opened the gate. When I brought it back the lady said there is a small dent in the panel under the front bumper and where is the paper from the checkout that shows damage. i told here nobody ever checked and there is not paper. eh said that I needed to fill out some papers that explain that. I said I picked it up and drove to m house and never hit anything. she said put that in the explanation part of the form and they will get back to me. So when you pick up from there expect a lot of walking. no signs and make sure to find someone to look it over and do a damage form.
Pros: The Price and the vehicle were great
Cons: when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I had to wait in a huge line and it took 45min
Pros: Drop off was easy, I felt confident that the car was clean
Cons: Took a long time to pick up the car (long line), the key fob said low battery the whole time which made me nervous, and the headlights were so dim, it barely illuminated the road.
Pros: I liked that the drop-off at the SLC airport was quick and easy.
Cons: The line was insane! I waited about an hour to pick up my reservation!
Cons: Picking up and dropping off was a breeze.
Pros: The car was nice, but not a premium car or anything close to it for the amount of money paid.
Cons: They need to be honest and ethical about their business. They should have explained correctly that the additional charges paid at the counter were in fact ADDITIONAL to the already paid amount to whatever travel company to reserve the car. Ended up paying over $850 for 6 freaking days in the middle of November, in a pandemic!!! This is RIDICULOUS! over $140/day for a standard model car
Pros: Appreciative of the associate who helped when I dropped the car off.
Cons: Front seats and parking brake were visibly soiler as well as the center dash.
Cons: Better customer service, better maintained vehicle, better compensation for my list time because of the mess up (their fault)
Pros: The car ran well!
Cons: It took three trips from the front desk to the car location to get the right car (suv not a sedan) and even then it was not a 4-wheel drive vehicle as requested and paid for.
Pros: No they were rude and very un professional
Cons: I could have been given the car I asked for , that they told me at the counter I was getting , Insted they gave me a kia the USB and car charger didn't work the car was not In very good condition . I will never rent from them again
Pros: Poor staff, overwhelmed, apparently over an hour late getting a break.
Cons: More than one hour between lining up and driving out. WHAT!
