Cons:The rental desk was either completely under staffed or something has gone very wrong with their process. Waited in line for an hour and twenty minutes to pick up my car. I rented a small SUV and got a hatchback instead.Reviewed 2021 May 24

Cons:Give people a heads up on the fact that there is going to be extra hidden fees upon reservation pick up. Terrible I had made a reservation for $325 and end up paying $200 more then expected.Reviewed 2021 May 09

Pros:Staff was friendly however, Thrifty Car Rental Service was handled by Dollar, not what we expected...and the Dollar agent didn’t honre the deal we had booked ...they bad mouth the Global Alliance Insurance and charged us &174.00 additional to the $96.00 we were to pay when we would pick-up the Vehicle. We had no option but to pay a total of $289.Cons:That Dollar who handled the service for Thrifty honor the Rate that we had been confirmed.Reviewed 2021 Apr 23
