1. Keep in mind that you have to take the shuttle from the airport to the 'main' rental car location AND THEN take another shuttle from there to the 'remote' rental car location. I ended up paying $20 to get from the main to remote location due to a crowd of people all waiting for the same small shuttle. 2. Was not aware that I would be forced to accept the approximately $90 City of Las Vegas liability insurance which I was told was required by law even if I was going to use my credit card provided insurance. 3. The first car given to me had TONS of dog hair and visible dry dog slobber all over the seats in the car. Ace immediately swapped the car out with no questions when I said I was not happy with it. Otherwise the care rental was simple and a nonevent.Reviewed 2024 Apr 01

This is the cheapest, but even so. They aren’t in the main car rental location so you’ll have to take two shuttles to get there. They were friendly enough on pick up, but every staff I interacted with upon returning was downright rude. They have some work to do on company culture.Reviewed 2024 Mar 31

Granted when you rent with a budget carrier you can expect a few oddities. The biggest draw back is that you have to take 2 different shuttles to the rental car pick up location. The first driver that showed up was a complete jerk and was yelling at people. The second driver was much better. There a few odd rules, like you can only use the gas station located next door.
