Unknown that Ace was considered an “offsite” rental. Shuttle service was convenient but it was a two shuttle service from the hotel we stayed at. Long wait to pickup, lots of people at desks just a detriment to customers to your success. Check out agent very professional and helpful. Car didn’t break down What I didn’t like was guy at the counter not waiting on customers for 10 mins until his shift ended. He helped 1 customer in over 20 minutes. Car didn’t have many miles but drove like it had been wrecked. At drop off the women sat in a running car talking to a van driver and didn’t see us pull up.
