Pros:The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The ridiculous part was how long it took to get to the counter to check in. Waited almost an hour. Only one agent at the rental desk. It's obvious Payless is heavily subscribed. why not get more people in place to service your clients?Cons:The wait to get the car was interminable! After a long flight the last thing you want to do is stand in line with hundreds of people around you in the midst of a pandemic. Step it up Payless/Avis! Returning the car was very easy! Cons:Rental was in Vegas and it was warm. Air Conditioning did not work, so I had to drive with the windows down for 2+ days including at freeway speeds. They wouldn’t even offer a remedy, only “I’m so sorry to hear that”.Reviewed 2021 Mar 07

Cons:I waited in line for over an hour. That was ok I understand it was busy that wasn't the problem. I finally get to the the desk and all five computer crash? All 5 employees rebooted there computer and still they weren't working they called there supervisor and said it might take awhile . I waited another hour for them to tell me it going to be awhile while they call a IT guy. So went to Alamo and paid twice the money for the same SUV I was renting. But it only took 20 minutes and I was on my way. After 3 days and then returning it I had no problem I have other trips planned in April ,July and Sept. I might try your company one more time.
