Book Hertz car rentals in Las Vegas

Pros: Really nothing...

Cons: In Vegas the line was so long and there were only two workers... then one of the workers went on break and it was down to 1 persons working... there were over 30 people in line. Terrible service. Tried to change my drop off point and said they couldn’t do it. Then when I went to go drop it off the place was closed because they only have people working at the airport which is were I wanted to drop the car off and they said no... so I dropped it off at the original place and they had a sign on the door that said lock up car drop keys in box but never said were the box was and had to figure out that only a door on the side of the building let you in to drop off the key inside. So ridiculous and will never us Hertz again. Customer service was terrible and never was a table to get a hold of anyone on the sign they said to call.

Cons: I reserved a rental and when I got their they were sold out.. terrible

Pros: They charge me a digferent amount. And make me wait for more than one and a half hour.

Cons: Not feel like i have been abused and make me pay more for a dirty car that was not the one I book for.

Cons: I was not made aware that my booking was for a location that was not in the airport when I specifically added the airport. I waited for a shuttle, and in line at the airport hertz only to find I didn’t have a car there. The counter clerk was super rude. Only thing that redeemed my experience any was the guy at the actual pick up location. He was apologetic at least.

Pros: Ricardo called to inform me that they couldn’t fulfill my reservation and chuckled during the call, not cool dude.

Pros: I canceled the reservation and was still charged $50 even though it was a week in advance

Cons: Hours of operation at this particular location are not the best 7a-3p with an hour off for lunch. Tried to reach someone at the desk multiple times at the desk during operation hours but no one would pick up or return my call after I left a msg on the answering machine. Why even have a machine? Express drop box was convenient. Location is not marked the greatest and was difficult find

Cons: I would have liked to actually have a rental instead I got a text stating they over booked. Why even take a reservation if there was no car available? Really sucked for a family emergency

Pros: Staff was great. They were a bit overwhelmed and under staffed for the demand, but otherwise great!

Cons: I reserved a car and when I got there they had NO cars, and the only thing they could give me was an SUV Jeep that I had to pay an extra $50 per day for. Seeking reimbursement for the additional $100 for my 2 day rental.

Cons: The car was on half a tank which made it inconvenient to start out my long drive. The car was dirty on the inside with dog hair and little kid finger smudges on the window and it had a bad smell. The car was outdated with no Bluetooth. The clerk didn’t add insurance which I wanted. He didn’t have me look at the car before taking it. He charged my card an extra $200 without telling me. This was a horrible experience for me and I never want to rent from Hertz again!!
