Pros: Everything took longer than necessary. There was not enough people available to assist customers.
Cons: More staff available- especially at pick up. Also, someone to inspect the car with the customer and review any operation questions. Customers should NOT be responsible for documenting the condition of the car on their own.

Cons: Pick up took forever with one register open and drop off was even worse. Dropping off a rented vehicle should be easy. They could just have a drop box. They already have your card info and can email receipt. Worst experience ever
Pros: Reasonably convenient location.
Cons: The inefficiency of the pick up and drop off process was shocking. Any savings gained by using budget vs a mainstream agency was lost in the time and trouble dealing with them. Avis next time.

Cons: Salesman asked if I wanted additional insurance, I responded “no”, told me to sign in about 6-7 locations. When I drop the car off at the end of the trip, I get charged additional $756 for additional insurance I thought I signed NO on.

Pros: Pick up was HORRIBLE. Agent processed everything, THEN told us the car would be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later... no car. Asked garage staff for help, they told us to take the car in D22, BUT NO CAR IN D22. Went back to the office... he said "it's in D22". We said, NO, IT'S NOT. He said, "I can see someone standing next to it". Went to D22 again, BUT SPACE D22 WAS STILL EMPTY. A staffer happened to be nearby, and said they accidentally "put it in D23". So, 1.5 hrs total getting the car. The original woman who rented to us at the first counter was the staff person who was unacceptable. All other staff we encountered were at least trying to help.
Cons: Tell someone BEFORE doing all paperwork, etc., how long the wait to actually GET the car.
Pros: The staff was horrible. Stood in line for 2+ hours. The guy behind the desk would process at best 1 rental an hour. Multiple customers walked away in front of me as well. Ended up not getting a rental. Family and i had to take a 3 hour uber ride instead. What a jokr.
Cons: Have an employee that actually cares. More than one person behind the desk renting. Actually have cars available for rent. Very pissed i had to put the family in an uber for 3 hours to get to our destination. I had to do a 1 way rental back. Very very pissed.
Cons: Tried to get me to upgrade and I declined. Then they gave me the upgrade for free. But I noticed a $5/day difference in the free and I mentioned it. Then the $5/day was amended.
Felt slimy. Just give me what I pay for, is all. Don’t try to cheat me.
