Great Customer Service - affordable pricesPros:Picking up the car was a great experience! Rachel was very accommodating even though I booked the car for the incorrect time. She was able to get me a car quickly, and kept the same price as I had originally booked even though it was a different car. Drop off was easy and the shuttle was quick and efficient both there and back. I would definitely use this company again!Cons:The car was a little on the smelly side, but otherwise everything was great.Reviewed 2017 Jun 12

It was so EZPros:Only needed a car for a few hours and got an upgrade. Wasn't a free upgrade but the pricing was reasonable for a convertible to zip around in the Florida sun for a few hours. Would definitely recommend. Shuttle runs every 15-20 mins to RSW.Reviewed 2017 Apr 17

Pros:Nothing. When I arrived I called the number for E-Z Car Rental and got a recording. I left the information, phone number and I was waiting at their pick up location. I called again and got the same recording. No one ever contacted me or came to pick me up. I rented a car from Alamo.Reviewed 2016 Oct 31
