I was very satisfied overall, we thought the pick up process could have/should have been quicker. Especially since we had done the online check in, we still had to wait in line for 30 minutes. The car seats that we rented were very low quality and the infant seat was missing an anchor strap that I had to improvise to install it safely in the car. The vehicle was clean and new, very nice. Drop off was very easy, just pulled up and parked walked away. I would recommend Thrifty and we’ll likely use them again.Reviewed 2024 Mar 22
