Pros: The staff was very courteous and friendly and told us what had to be done when we returned the car, prior to your opening in the morning.
Cons: Cost of the rental was very high compared to previous car rentals. Our drop off time was very early (5 AM) and without anyone there to assist us (I had baggage and a person in a wheelchair) it was more difficult than it needed to be for us to get to the airport terminal. Fortunately, another person returning a car assisted us to the terminal.
Pros: Charlie was amazing and very helpful! We had never rented with Sixt before, but we will be from now on!!

Cons: Our flight was delayed and put us in after 10pm, when they close. There were no staff around, no sign indicating that they were closed for the night. Nobody from customer service answered the phone. We were forced to rent a car for $250 overnight, from another rental company. We came back to the airport the next morning to pickup our car. We were not given a refund on the car for that night and it put us behind a bit for our vacation
Pros: Pam was helpful upon our arrival in working with our flight that was rebooked and days of stay. Check in and Check out was smooth and efficient.
Cons: Cancellation policy is worst in class.

Cons: There were four counter employees. The one I had, could not hear him.. They did not have premium as I ordered, but would upsell me to something better. Four different times I declined. Did not wish to pay more for what I had already paid for. Ended up getting full-size instead, for same money. Then they told me I needed better insurance coverage. Told them I paid for it online. They said the 3rd party insurance was no good. When returning the car, no one there. 45 minutes went by and I left the key in the booth. Then I get a charge for a day late return. But I was already in Chicago when they said I returned the car. Car was very low to ground and difficult to get in and out. They must be on commission for additional charges. No instructions when receiving keys. Just hit the button and you'll find it down there. Took a while to figure out how to turn it on. Avoid.
Cons: I had a death in the family and we could not go. Even though I notified Sixt in advance I was still charged for three full days. I looked into moving the dates but they wanted to also charge me full price for that. Next time I will book through Costco as their cancellation policy is much nicer!
Pros: Charlie at the counter was outstanding.
Cons: It was So easy. ON SITE at RSW. Prices are FL high, but better than others.
Cons: Agent tried to give smaller car than paid for after asking how many people I had and how many bags. Very disappointing. The other agents were asking the customers around the same questions. Basically a high pressure pitch to upgrade or to downgrade you without you realizing it. When I brought the car back the tire light on the dash was on. Probably an ABS issue or something. The agent made it seem like I had committed a mortal sin by possibly running over a nail or something. I will not use SIXT again.
