Pick up and drop off was good. Only concern was the level of detail they had on each car. Every little scratch and mark was noted on contract. Gave me the impression that any random new scratch would be costly. Further the car I was provided needed Service Soon. Bottom line is I would rent from them again.Reviewed 2023 Dec 25

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cars/prices and attempts to constantly up charge were annoying. I wanted a 4 door sedan. One was available in price range and noted to smell like smoke so we were given a 2 door sports car. Difficult to fit our luggage and horrible on gas. Next time I’ll go back to renting with Enterprise. I know I’ll get the appropriate car.Reviewed 2023 Oct 07
