Pickup lines at RSW are 1 to 1.5 hours; minivan itself had very loud passenger door squeak when opening/closing (like it previously had cheap bodywork). Return at RSW was so full I had to leave minivan in a parked "traffic jam" just outside the rental garage, because nobody was moving the cars forwards or directing us to alternate area.Reviewed 2026 Mar 25

Pick up was terrible. Had to wait in line for over an hour. Unacceptable. I am sure you are aware of this which makes it that much worse. Otherwise the car was fine, drop off was fine, check in after that wait was fine.Reviewed 2026 Feb 16
