The clerk at the counter lied to Me saying there were no cars available when the lot was full. Then she rented me a car with an upgrade charge for the same size vehicle that I had already reserved and pre-paid for. She charge me an extra $47, there are no cars available unless I I get up charged for the same size vehicle!!!
