I was charged the rental cost on making my reservation, Kayak had no record of this transaction or the Insurance I paid for so when I get to the counter to pick up the car I’m charged again for what I paid a week earlier for I showed the counter person the charges came out of my account but that didn’t matter I have been charged twice so my experience with fox rentals was not good.Reviewed 2023 Nov 23

Our car was dirty. A bag of popcorn in the door. Covered in scratches. 75,000 miles .Our bill showed $80 for a drop off charge. She said it would not be on the final bill. She told me we would have toll charges and if I did not get a pass for $12 there would be an extra $15 processing fee. We paid. No toll needed. Slow service. I was embarrassed when I showed my wife and friends the car. Our friends dropped us off and waited 30 minutes with my wife while I waited and did paperwork. I already paid! This was a bad experience for me. After waiting 25 to 30 mins for the shuttle. Then I called And spoke with someone that should never be in coustomer service. He said i would have a shuttle in 10 to 15 minutes and would call me back to verify this. I waited another 40 minutes and he never called back. When i called back again i got stuck in the phone bank and was never able to speak to anyone. I disputed any charges from fox on my credit card. Avis rental saved the day but I was way late for my meeting.Reviewed 2023 Sept 25

Took forever to get the pickup. Fox is located 2 miles from the airport and you walk then take a shuttle. Exhausting and was very hot! They take a long time with check in and try to sell you all kinds of extra insurance and toll passes and whatever you saved in the car rental is made up for in the extras. Will never rent a car from Fox again. Lesson learned. On the positive side the return was fast.Reviewed 2021 Jun 17
