When I went to the counter and the Terminal, there was no one after 30 minute waiting somebody told me you need to go to the pick up area. They will serve you from there when I went there. They told me I need international driver license. Pickup was incredibly fast, we had previously only rented from Budget and that was always a nightmare experience of long lines, no cars, etc. Salesperson was very pleasant, no pressure to purchase extra options. Dropoff was also quick. Only drawback is we waited longer for shuttle at LAX, watching many other car companies go by multiple times, could have been a matter of timing.Reviewed 2025 Aug 12
