Pros:Nothing because they just tell you that it's just a confirmation and not a booking. So since they had no car available, we couldnt hold on to our schedule. Plus, the staff was very unfriendly, in this high season, but i'm sure he would be begging us to rent a car in the low season!Cons:Have the option of pre-paying to secure a rental, and not just a "confirmation" that has no value to them.Reviewed 2021 Jan 02

Cons:Received a text saying that my car was ready, when I got there not only was it not ready but it was not even there. they wanted more than double for any car they had left. Walked out cursing. Do not trust these scam artists.Reviewed 2020 Jan 01

Cons:When I went to pick up the car, the associate at the desk said that my reservation didn't exist, even though I showed him the confirmation email. He then said the only vehicle he had on-site was a stick-shift, and that to retrieve the car I rented online I would have to pay ~$500 and take a shuttle to a different rental car facility instead of the airport. I ended up having to take a bus to reach my destination, and then had to use bikes, taxis, and buses during the course of the trip instead of a vehicle.Reviewed 2019 Jan 08

Never got the carCons:Location was a small stall in downtown. I was an hour late in reaching and the guy told me that we didn't save your car for you. Only thing available now are expensive cars which are $300 per day. My 4 day rental was $150 total.Reviewed 2018 Jan 02
