Pros:The staff was very helpful and the office was clean. They came out and helped me hook up my blue tooth when I asked. Very friendly.Cons:My car was dirty and smelled pretty bad from a smoker. They did give it a quick wash for me, but the smell lasted for my whole trip.Reviewed 2021 Mar 16

Cons:Car was supposed to be at airport in Tampa. Find out some how my reservation was for Tampa 5 miles away. Had to take a taxi from airport to car rental place 10 mins away. And wanted to charge us 160$ at airport when we booked for 40$. And this car is not in good running condition.Reviewed 2018 Nov 28

Very easy process, very expensive fee for gasPros:The drop off process was fast.Cons:I felt like I was rushed out of my car and could have left personal belongings behind easily. Mixed experiencePros:Loved the car I was rented. Newer model. Very clean.Cons:Phone number to National did not work so unable to stay in touch when I needed to talk to someone in the office. Car not ready when I arrived (person helping me went and cleaned it himself, so that was helpful), printer not working so no paperwork to take with me. I put in TPA for airport and was given an offsite location. I thought I was renting from airport and went there first. Big disruption to my plans. Ultimately my fault for not paying attention to the address, but also very confusing process that I was clear I wanted airport.Reviewed 2017 Mar 15
