It was easy to pick the car up and the staff was very friendly. I wasn’t, however, crazy about the fact that they gave me a Prius (I wanted a compact not a hybrid). Drop off was a little tough to figure, I think you just need better signage. All in all, a pretty good experience.Reviewed 2021 Jul 06
