Pros:I wasn’t even able to rent the car. I reserved it online with an Apple credit card. When I was dropped off at the airport to pick up the car with the SAME CC I used to reserve it I was told I couldn’t rent it because they don’t take that CC. I had no ride home, no other CC’s. I was forced to use a different rental company that was more than twice the price. And the guy was a jerk about it to boot.Cons:Update your systems to take CC that online allows. It was a terrible inconvenience and put me in a financial bind considering I have to pay almost $400 more for a rental. I’m beyond disappointed.Reviewed 2020 Jun 02

Pros:The person Sarah who I encountered at Alamo was rude and refused my reservation!! The reason given was that the reservation was made within 24 hrs and it was not! There was no options given to us by her not until we contacted the 800 number and asked for a supervisor we got our reservation! Also we had booked for 3 days and set the return of the vehicle to 12 midnight and Sarah change it 948am! Cons:There was not enough vehicles when I went to rent my vehicle. I had too settle due to a vehicle recall so a lot of the vehicles were taken out of rotation.Reviewed 2019 Nov 11
