Pros:The process, and light traffic of people at the airport, made it a breeze.Cons:Not getting surprised by additional charges above what was agreed would have been optimal. Poor foresight on rental companies should not translate to customer pain. Bad business.Reviewed 2021 May 04

Pros:The manager at the chino hills location for Avis ‏was a big help. Otherwise the service was horrible and I will never use Avis again. I will use them as an example of bait and switch.Cons:Almost everything. Avis is horrible. Thanks to Kayak for providing a good option. I would not take the insurance again as it does not ‏cover the entire replacement cost of the vehicle. Lesson learned to take your insirance option. Slick marketing though.Reviewed 2021 Apr 03

Cons:The Dodge Grand Caravan was not Bluetooth equipped, so that was a challenge. Other than that it was an excellent vehicle, spacious and comfortable and traveled the distance well.Reviewed 2020 Oct 05

Pros:The staff was friendly when they told me I could not pick up the rental because according to them the bank I have used for the last 5 years is not a "real bank" to them. Then I tried to add my second driver which I was told was free on the website and they wouldn't let me do that. So I never received my rental car.Cons:Communicate that Chime bank cards are Not accepted so then I know to have a second driver registered who has another bank card.Reviewed 2020 Oct 05

Pros:Loved the suburbanCons:The pickup could’ve been a little more smooth. The gal wasn’t very responsive and a of mind friend got another car for our group which wasn’t clean and had a broken chair. She didn't communicate very well and left us to wonder what was going on before she cane back 15-20 minutes later.Reviewed 2019 Aug 06
